Our Board
Babatunde Kolade is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in Business Management, Audit and Schools Administration. He has a passion for establishing structure and standards in organizations and he believes that schools in Nigeria can be better run to compete with international standards. He worked with a topmost school in Lagos for six years as the pioneer Business Manager, helping to build the capital base of the school to about 1billion Naira (about 8 million USD). He left the school for another to oversee its 4 billion Naira start-up and manage the $10 million International Finance Corporation (IFC) fund injected into the school. He is currently the Lead Consultant at Xgee Consulting, a firm comprising of enterprising and seasoned experts with a combined experience spanning over 50 years. Xgee Consulting has a rich portfolio of top educational institutions in Nigeria.
Bose Fawehinmi graduated from the prestigious University of Ibadan with honor degree in Petroleum Engineering and has in the past 15 years garnered sound management experience working in different business sectors. She started and ran Star Kids, a company focused on marketing educational books, toys and learning kits. In 2009 she co-partnered to start the internationally acclaimed CNI franchise covering Nigeria and Ghana. She brings to Immersive Solutions her experience in managing strategic partnerships, multilevel marketing, and her extensive contact in schools.
Dipo Onifade comes to the Immersive board with accountancy and MBA degrees, and valuable experience in the finance sector. He started his career as part of the pioneer marketing team of a top bottling company where he worked for two years, driving the acceptance and growth of the company's products. He went on to work with an investment firm where he was charged with overseeing various multi-billion Naira investment portfolios covering real estate, oil and gas, manufacturing, etc. He currently works as a funds and asset manager and is charged with liability generation and asset creation, credit risk analysis and formulation of strategic policies.
Mojisola Omole graduated from the Federal university of Technology with a degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering in 1999. Her teenage ambition was to start and run her own business after completion of her university studies and this she achieved after graduating by establishing Crystal Network International in year 2000 to capitalize on the emerging Information and Communication Technology (ICT) market in Nigeria.
Her background in ICT and project management makes her a sought after consultant on ICT and systems integration projects. In 2005, on behalf of Wizards Solutions Limited, she led a team of experts to bid for and won the $1 million state government personnel and payroll automation project which was a key component in the Ondo state e-government initiative. She stayed on as ProjectManager and Consultant before leaving for the US in 2007 to participate in the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship program, a keenly contested Fulbright program for mid-career professionals, funded by the US Department of State. On the Fellowship program she studied technology policy and management at theUniversity of Washington in Seattle.She will be working with a dynamic team to run Immersive Solutions Limited. |
